XAMO helps schools, institutes and coaching centres create exams and manage their institute. XAMO is run by XAMO Inc. (“XAMO”, “we”). This page explains what data we handle and why.

What we collect
- Account details — your name, email and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
- Institute data — information your institute adds, such as staff, students, classes, admissions and leads.
- Exam data — question papers, student attempts, answers and results.
- Enquiries — details you share when you request access, apply for a job or contact us (name, phone, institute).
- Basic usage data — device, browser and pages visited, used to keep XAMO working and secure.
How we use it
- To run XAMO for you and your institute.
- To reply to enquiries and give support.
- To keep accounts secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Student data
Student information is added and controlled by the institute. The institute decides what to store and who can see it. We process it only to provide XAMO to that institute.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run XAMO: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Google (sign-in). They process data on our behalf. We may also share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep data while your account or institute is active. You can ask us to delete your account or your institute's data at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@xamo.in.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
