Using XAMO
- You must give correct details and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for what you and your institute add to XAMO.
- Don't misuse XAMO — no illegal content, no attempts to break or overload it, no access to data that isn't yours.
Your content
Question papers, student records and other content you add stay yours. You let us store and process it only to run XAMO for you.
AI-generated content
XAMO uses AI to help create questions and papers. AI can make mistakes, so please review papers and answer keys before using them with students.
Access and payment
Some features are available by request and may be paid. Prices and terms for your institute are agreed with you before you are charged.
Availability
We work to keep XAMO running smoothly, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
Ending your use
You can stop using XAMO at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
XAMO is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
